目的：观察我院实施干预措施前、后Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物的合理性及分析干预措施的有效性。方法随机抽取干预前、后的Ⅰ类切口手术病历各150例，统计其围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况，评价其合理性。结果干预前存在选药不合理、用药时机不合理、不合理联合用药等问题，在干预后得到较明显的改善。结论我院Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物的合理性有较大幅度的改善，干预措施有效，但仍有部分问题有待进一步完善。
目的：觀察我院實施榦預措施前、後Ⅰ類切口手術預防使用抗菌藥物的閤理性及分析榦預措施的有效性。方法隨機抽取榦預前、後的Ⅰ類切口手術病歷各150例，統計其圍手術期抗菌藥物的使用情況，評價其閤理性。結果榦預前存在選藥不閤理、用藥時機不閤理、不閤理聯閤用藥等問題，在榦預後得到較明顯的改善。結論我院Ⅰ類切口手術預防使用抗菌藥物的閤理性有較大幅度的改善，榦預措施有效，但仍有部分問題有待進一步完善。
목적：관찰아원실시간예조시전、후Ⅰ류절구수술예방사용항균약물적합이성급분석간예조시적유효성。방법수궤추취간예전、후적Ⅰ류절구수술병력각150례，통계기위수술기항균약물적사용정황，평개기합이성。결과간예전존재선약불합리、용약시궤불합리、불합리연합용약등문제，재간예후득도교명현적개선。결론아원Ⅰ류절구수술예방사용항균약물적합이성유교대폭도적개선，간예조시유효，단잉유부분문제유대진일보완선。
Objective: to observe the hospital before and after implementing intervention Ⅰ class incision surgery to prevent use of antimicrobial agents application situation. Methods: Randomly selected before the intervention, class Ⅰ incision after each 150 cases of medical statistics perioperative antimicrobial usage, evaluate its reasonableness. Results: Interventions exist unreasonable drug use time, the problem such as unreasonable combination, improved after the intervention. Conclusion: our hospital for the punishment regulations to promote the hospital type I incision operation reasonable preventive use of antimicrobial agents have a positive ef ect, but there are some issues that need to be improved.
