地处1480 m高海拔的蒙自瀛洲水泥有限责任公司2500 t/d水泥生产线采用劣质煤作生产燃料。针对高海拔和劣质煤的情况,采取了一系列的设计优化和操作优化措施,从而使该线实现了高产(2614.56~2964.24t/d)优质(R28 d,月均=65.9~68.8 MPa)低耗(平均实物标准煤耗113.75 kg)的高效益稳定运行。

2 500 t/d cement production line of Mengzi Yingzhou Cement Incorporated Company is located at 1 480 m high altitude and using inferior coal as fuel. Aiming at the condition of high altitude and inferior coal, a series of design and operation optimization mea-sures were adopted to make the production line realizing high efficiency stable running of high yield(2 614.56~2 964.24t/d),high quality (R28d=65.9~68.8 MPa,monthly average) and low energy consumption(average real standard coal consumption is 113.75 kg).
