目的:观察氟比洛芬酯注射液联合芬太尼静脉输注用于术后镇痛的效果。方法选择我院2013年1月~11月腹部手术患者60例,对照组在手术完成后静脉注射芬太尼0.1mg为负荷剂量后接PCA泵,泵内的药物是芬太尼1.2mg,稀释为100mL,48h泵入;实验组在手术完成后静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50mg为负荷剂量后接PCA泵,泵内药物为氟比洛芬酯50mg+芬太尼0.5mg,稀释为100mL,48h泵入。用放射免疫法测定血浆ACTH、β-EP的浓度,观察两组患者在手术过程中应激反应的发生情况以及两组间应激反应发生的差别。结果实验组术后应激反应程度低,对照组镇静程度和恶心呕吐等的不良反应明显高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯复合芬太尼用于术后静脉自控镇痛,可减少芬太尼的不良反应,提高镇痛质量。

목적:관찰불비락분지주사액연합분태니정맥수주용우술후진통적효과。방법선택아원2013년1월~11월복부수술환자60례,대조조재수술완성후정맥주사분태니0.1mg위부하제량후접PCA빙,빙내적약물시분태니1.2mg,희석위100mL,48h빙입;실험조재수술완성후정맥주사불비락분지50mg위부하제량후접PCA빙,빙내약물위불비락분지50mg+분태니0.5mg,희석위100mL,48h빙입。용방사면역법측정혈장ACTH、β-EP적농도,관찰량조환자재수술과정중응격반응적발생정황이급량조간응격반응발생적차별。결과실험조술후응격반응정도저,대조조진정정도화악심구토등적불량반응명현고우실험조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론불비락분지복합분태니용우술후정맥자공진통,가감소분태니적불량반응,제고진통질량。
Objective: To observe flurbiprofen intravenous injection combined with fentanyl for postoperative analgesia. Methods: Our hospital in January 2013 -2013 November abdominal surgery 60 patients in the control group after surgery is completed after intravenous loading dose of fentanyl 0.1mg pick PCA pump, pump the drug is fentanyl 1.2 mg, diluted to 100mL, 48h pumped; experimental group after surgery intravenous flurbiprofen 50mg loading dose then after PCA pump, the pump drugs flurbiprofen 50mg + fentanyl 0.5mg, diluted 100mL, 48h pumped. Dif erences in plasma ACTH, concentrations of β-EP, and stress responses were observed in patients during surgery and the occurrence of stress reaction occurs between the two groups was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The experimental group were low stress reaction degree, the degree of sedation and control of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting was significantly higher than the experimental group, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:flurbiprofen fentanyl for postoperative intravenous analgesia, can reduce the adverse ef ects of fentanyl, improve quality of analgesia.
