目的:了解和分析我市医疗卫生机构放射工作者的身体健康状况。方法医疗卫生机构的318例放射工作人员按照《放射工作人员职业健康监护技术规范》(GBZ 235-2011)附录A"放射工作人员职业健康检查项目"的要求进行职业健康检查,统计和分析检查报告的各项数据。结果自觉症状以不同程度脱发为主;临床检查以眼科检查发现异常者居多,包括晶状体异常和眼底改变,占16.4%,与工龄和所服务的不同类型的医院相关;实验室检查以白细胞总数及分类异常、血红蛋白异常为多,分别占12.9%和13.2%。结论我市2012年医疗卫生机构的放射工作人员职业健康检查中未发现因为长期低剂量照射而对身体造成明显伤害。

Objective: to understand and analysis of radiation workers in medical and health institutions, health condition. Methods: 318 cases of radiation workers in medical and health institutions in accordance with the "occupation health surveil ance of radiation workers technical specification" (GBZ 235-2011) in Appendix A "occupation health inspection items of radiation workers" requirements for the occupation health examination, statistics and analysis of the inspection report. Results: the symptoms in dif erent degree of alopecia; clinical examination in the Department of ophthalmology examination found abnormal person be in the majority, including changes in the lens and fundus changes, accounting for 16.4%, and the length of service and dif erent types of hospital services; laboratory examination, the total number of white blood cells and classification of abnormal hemoglobin, is accounted for 12.9 and 13.2, respectively. Conclusion: radiation workers in medical and health institutions in 2012 the city's occupation health inspection found no because of long-term low dose irradiation and cause significant harm to the body.
