脊柱外科作为骨科领域最为复杂和尖端的分学科，专业性强，内容多，在医学生临床见习中是一个难点。文章就作者在脊柱外科临床见习教学工作中所遇到的几点问题进行初步探讨和解答。为开展更有效的脊柱外科见习教学、提高教学水平提供参考。

With its specific and comprehensive feature, spine surgery is one of the most complicated fields in orthopedic clinical study. Consequently, it is regarded as a dif iculty during clinical noviciate teaching. In this paper, we induced our preliminary exploration and valuation of the common obstacles and solutions of spine surgery in clinical noviciate teaching, which might provide some advices and improve clinical teaching levels in the future.
