目的：对麻醉科住院医师人才队伍的培养途径进行探讨。方法收集我院麻醉科住院医师的基本资料，对其编制、学历以及职称等进行分析。结果针对本院麻醉科医师人才队伍良莠不齐的状况提出合理的培养途径措施。结论在对麻醉科医师人才队伍的培养上，要形成规范的制度化。
目的：對痳醉科住院醫師人纔隊伍的培養途徑進行探討。方法收集我院痳醉科住院醫師的基本資料，對其編製、學歷以及職稱等進行分析。結果針對本院痳醉科醫師人纔隊伍良莠不齊的狀況提齣閤理的培養途徑措施。結論在對痳醉科醫師人纔隊伍的培養上，要形成規範的製度化。
목적：대마취과주원의사인재대오적배양도경진행탐토。방법수집아원마취과주원의사적기본자료，대기편제、학력이급직칭등진행분석。결과침대본원마취과의사인재대오량유불제적상황제출합리적배양도경조시。결론재대마취과의사인재대오적배양상，요형성규범적제도화。
Objective:to anesthesia resident discusses the ways for the cultivation of the talent team. Methods:basic anaesthesia resident in our information col ection, analysis of its establishment,record of formal schooling and title. Results: according to the doctors in our hospital anesthesiology talent team the condition of the good and bad are intermingled ways for the cultivation of the reasonable measures are put forward. Conclusion:the anesthesia physician on the cultivation of the talent team,to form an institutionalized norms.
