临床决策支持系统是辅助医护人员进行医疗决策的系统，其目的是减少出错、提高效率。自然语言处理是计算机对自然文本进行分析、识别、理解的技术。医疗文书是较为规范严谨的语言文本，从词汇、语法上分析较适合于进行自然语言处理。采用自然语言处理的临床决策支持系统与人工干预输入的临床决策支持系统比较，不会额外增加医护人员的工作量，更易于被临床接受，是今后临床决策支持系统发展的方向。

The clinical decision support system is an assistant system for doctor and nurse making decision during medical activity. It purposes is to reduce the errors and improves the ef iciency. The Natural language processing is a kind of technology that adopted to analyse、recognise and understand the natural language in computer system. Medical documents is a kind of text that is more rigorous and standard. It is suitable for Natural language processing via the analysis of vocabulary and grammar. The conclusion can be come to that The clinical decision support system that adopted Natural language processing is more easy to be accepted by clinical staf without additional workload, by compared with that adopted manual intervention. It is the direction of researching clinical decision support system.
