Clinical practice is the final stage for nursing under-graduates in their nursing education, so they are to be faced with employment, making this stage a key one for the formation of nursing professional commitment, which will significantly corre-late with their professional commitment in the workplace. Through exploring relevant factors affecting nursing undergradu-ates' professional commitment in clinical practice, relevant strategies of improving the professional commitment level of nursing students were drawn up, so as to lay a solid foundation for the decrease of nurses' separation rate.
