社科类全日制专业学位硕士研究生的规模不断扩大,在对其进行培养的过程中,出现了各种问题,主要是社科类培养基地数量少、难以满足学生需求,校内外导师的分工不清、合作不密,学校对学生进入基地的时间要求过于死板、缺乏弹性。为解决以上问题,建议学校适当放宽资质审查、建立更多的培养基地,加强校内外导师交流与合作,实行弹性机制,让学生分批次进入基地。

The scale of social science full-time professional de-gree graduate students continues to expand, in the process of training, it appeared some problems, such as: the social science training base is few,the teacher's division is not clear, the school's requirement of entering the base is too rigid. In order to solve the problems, This paper suggests that the school appropriately relax the qualification, strengthen cooperation among teachers, and let students enter the base in batches.
