目的：探究分析对泌尿外科患者应用优质护理服务对预防术后并发症出现的效果。方法选自我院2011年~2013年收治的进行泌尿外科手术患者共80例，以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组，每组各有患者40例。对照组患者接受常规护理方法，观察组患者则接受优质护理服务。对比两组患者的并发症出现状况。结果观察组患者出现并发症例数相对于对照组患者明显少很多，两者具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对泌尿外科患者应用优质护理服务，能够有效预防出现术后并发症的状况，并促进医患之间的和谐关系，值得临床推广。
목적：탐구분석대비뇨외과환자응용우질호리복무대예방술후병발증출현적효과。방법선자아원2011년~2013년수치적진행비뇨외과수술환자공80례，이수궤적방식분위대조조여관찰조，매조각유환자40례。대조조환자접수상규호리방법，관찰조환자칙접수우질호리복무。대비량조환자적병발증출현상황。결과관찰조환자출현병발증례수상대우대조조환자명현소흔다，량자구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대비뇨외과환자응용우질호리복무，능구유효예방출현술후병발증적상황，병촉진의환지간적화해관계，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To explore the application of Department of urology patients quality care to prevent postoperative complications ef ect. Methods selected in our hospital from 2011 -2013 years admit ed to the Department of Urology operation in patients with a total of 80 cases, with randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 patients each group. Control group patients received conventional nursing methods, patients in the observation group received the high quality nursing service. Comparing the 2 groups of patients with complications of. Results the patients in the observation group had complications were compared with the control group were significantly less, both with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion application of high quality nursing service for patients in the Department of Urology, can ef ectively prevent the condition of postoperative complications, and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, is worth the clinical promotion.
