本文主要分析了国家自然科学基金与云南大学科研发展的关系，结果显示国家自然科学基金对云南大学科研成果产出起到了十分积极和重要的支撑与促进作用，同时也体现出云南大学不仅重视国家自然科学基金项目数量的增长，更加重视获得资助后成果的产出数量及质量。

This paper analyzed the relationship between the National Natural Science Foundation of China ( NSFC ) and the development of research outputs of Yunnan Uni-versity .It is mainly to illustrate the NSFC has playing a very active and important role in supporting and promo-ting the research outputs of Yunnan University .Mean-while , Yunnan University is not only paying attention to the number growth of the NSFC but more focus on the quantity and quality of research outputs which based on the NSFC.
