目的:对皮肤科医生进行继续医学教育需求调查,旨在了解皮肤科医生继续教育需求现状,为制定皮肤科继续医学教育政策提供参考依据。方法从继续教育内容、形式等方面对全国各地380名皮肤科医生进行问卷调查,统计其调查结果。结果皮肤科医生对“皮肤病学新进展、皮肤临床新技术、皮肤激光、皮肤过敏与风湿免疫学、皮肤病理学、医患沟通技巧、医学相关法律知识”这七个知识点需求较高。其中工作年限对以上七个知识点的需求无统计学意义(P>0.05),而医院性质、年龄、性别、职称、学历有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对不同情况的皮肤科医生,采取个性化的培训方案,满足其继续教育需求,以取得培训的最佳效果。

목적:대피부과의생진행계속의학교육수구조사,지재료해피부과의생계속교육수구현상,위제정피부과계속의학교육정책제공삼고의거。방법종계속교육내용、형식등방면대전국각지380명피부과의생진행문권조사,통계기조사결과。결과피부과의생대“피부병학신진전、피부림상신기술、피부격광、피부과민여풍습면역학、피부병이학、의환구통기교、의학상관법률지식”저칠개지식점수구교고。기중공작년한대이상칠개지식점적수구무통계학의의(P>0.05),이의원성질、년령、성별、직칭、학력유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론침대불동정황적피부과의생,채취개성화적배훈방안,만족기계속교육수구,이취득배훈적최가효과。
Objective To investigate dermatologist's needs for continuing medical education(CME), in order to acquire current situation of and provide policy making references for CME. Methods A total of 380 dermatologists were recruited in a questionnaire survey on contents and formats of CME. Statistical analyses were followed. Results There are comparatively high commands for options including "new development in dermatology、new technology for clinical dermatology、laser therapy in dermatology、dermal hypersensitiveness and rheumatism、dermatopathology、doctor-patient communications and medical law". Working years are not related to needs for those seven options above(P>0.05). Hospitals, age, gender, positional titles and educational background are significantly associated with those seven options (P<0.05). Conclusion In order to achieve a best training effect, individualized training plans are needed, catering for dermatologists with different expectation for CME.
