The rapid injection mold design of dispenser back cover was introduced.The plastic parts were three-dimensionally modeled based on Pro∕E.The entire mold was designed based on Pro∕E plug-in module EMX.Standard parts could be loaded in EMX,the 3D map could be shortcut into 2D drawings,a lot of time for mold design was saved,design efficiency was improved.The structure of injection mold,and the design of components were introduced in detail.And the molding process of injection molded parts was introduced.
