对废旧棉纤维、聚酯废丝和聚丙烯废丝三种原料进行开松、混合、梳理,并最终形成纤维网。通过正交试验及相应的补充试验,确定纤维网的最优热压工艺参数。并用此工艺参数对含有不同比例棉纤维的纤维网进行热压。研究了棉纤维含量对废旧棉∕聚酯∕聚丙烯混合纤维板力学性能的影响。对板材的拉伸性能和弯曲性能的测试及分析表明,随着棉纤维含量的增加,板材的力学性能随之下降。

The waste cotton fiber,polyester fiber and polypropylene fiber were opened,blended,carded,and eventually the fiber net was formed.The optimal hot pressing parameters of the fiber net were determined through orthogonal tests and corresponding additional tests.The fiber nets of different cotton fiber proportion were hot pressed under the optimal parameters.The influence of cotton fiber content on the mechanical properties of waste cotton∕polyester∕polypropylene hybrid fiberboard was studied.Test and analysis of tensile and flexural properties of waste fiberboard show that mechanical properties of fiber plate decrease with the increase of cotton fiber content.
