以蓖麻油与液体MDI通过加热的方式合成的异氰酸酯预聚体为A组分,以聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、水、泡沫稳定剂和催化剂组成的混合物为B组分,以A和B为双组分制备了PUR微孔硬质塑封料,并探讨了催化剂、水、蓖麻油对塑封料性能的影响。经测试,当水添加量为0.5%时,PUR微孔硬质塑封料具有较好的力学强度与电性能,其拉伸强度为6.9 MPa、压缩强度为7.2 MPa、介电常数为1.6,损耗角正切值为0.01。

NCO prepolymerization body synthesized by the castor oil and liquid MDI through heating as A components, with polyether polyols and castor oil,water,foam stabilizer,catalyst into the mixture for B components,polyurethane microporous hard plastic material was made from A and B components.The effect of catalyst,water,castor oil on the performance of the molding compound was discussed.Through testing,When added with 0.5%amount water,polyurethane microporous hard plastic material has good mechanical properties and electrical properties,its tensile strength is 6.9 MPa,compression strength is 7.2 MPa,and the dielectric constant is 1.6,the loss tangent value is 0.01.
