在了解喇叭裙结构和工艺的基础上，通过实验研究喇叭裙的最佳丝绺方向和裙片数。选用同一种面料，并按不同斜裁角度，不同裙片数量制作成喇叭裙，然后通过拍照进行数据处理，得出斜裁角度及裙片数对喇叭裙外观形态的影响以及最佳斜裁角度及裙片数，从而优化喇叭裙的外观形态。结果表明，选用涤棉混纺面料制作喇叭裙时，在裙片数相同时，各片中线沿面料经向裁剪制作出的喇叭裙外观形态较好；在喇叭裙各片中线与面料经向夹角相同时，10片裙的外观形态较好。
재료해나팔군결구화공예적기출상，통과실험연구나팔군적최가사류방향화군편수。선용동일충면료，병안불동사재각도，불동군편수량제작성나팔군，연후통과박조진행수거처리，득출사재각도급군편수대나팔군외관형태적영향이급최가사재각도급군편수，종이우화나팔군적외관형태。결과표명，선용조면혼방면료제작나팔군시，재군편수상동시，각편중선연면료경향재전제작출적나팔군외관형태교호；재나팔군각편중선여면료경향협각상동시，10편군적외관형태교호。
On the basis of understanding the structure and process of the flared skirt ,through the test , the best grain direction and the number of the flared skirt pieces were studied .Through making flared skirts which select the same fabric ,different angles (angle between warp of fabric and midline of each skirt piece) and different number of flared skirt pieces and taking pictures ,processing photos to conclude the effect of the angle between warp of fabric and midline of each skirt piece and the number of skirt pieces on the appearance shape of the flared skirt and the best angle as well as the number of skirt pieces ,to optimize the appearance shape of flared skirt .It is draw ns that w hen the number of pieces of the flared skirt made of polyester cotton blended fabric is same ,the angle between warp of fabric and skirt sagging is 0 ,the appearance shape of flared skirt is better ;when the angle between warp of fabric and skirt sagging is same ,the number of the flared skirt pieces are 10 ,the appearance shape of flared skirt is better .
