针对粘胶细支纱织物经纬密度大,生产难度较常规品种大的特点,织造中采用“小张力,等后梁,早开口,晚引纬”的工艺,并在生产实践中优选浆料配方和浆纱工艺。实践表明,织机综合效率由80%提高到90%以上,入库一等品率达93%以上。
針對粘膠細支紗織物經緯密度大,生產難度較常規品種大的特點,織造中採用“小張力,等後樑,早開口,晚引緯”的工藝,併在生產實踐中優選漿料配方和漿紗工藝。實踐錶明,織機綜閤效率由80%提高到90%以上,入庫一等品率達93%以上。
침대점효세지사직물경위밀도대,생산난도교상규품충대적특점,직조중채용“소장력,등후량,조개구,만인위”적공예,병재생산실천중우선장료배방화장사공예。실천표명,직궤종합효솔유80%제고도90%이상,입고일등품솔체93%이상。
During the weaving process ,warp/weft density of viscose fine yarn fabric is big ,viscose satin drill fabric is more difficult to produce than that of conventional production .To solve these problems ,a series of technique has been optimized during weaving process ,and in the process of sizing ,the optimized size formula and sizing technology were selected .The practice shows that ,after the opimized process ,the comprehensive loom efficiency is increased from 80% to 90% ,the first grade storage is over 93% .
