为了探讨复方中草药制剂对锦鲤抗水霉菌感染免疫功能的影响,设计了对照组、感染组和4个质量浓度依次为:2、4、16和96 mg/L的泼洒实验组。30 d后,测定其红细胞免疫粘附能力和血浆补体C3和C4的含量。结果显示,复方中草药制剂泼洒后,红细胞C3b受体花环率在各实验组与感染组之间没有显著差异;各组之间补体C3和C4含量也没有显著影响,但泼洒质量浓度在2~16 mg/L范围内,随着泼洒方剂质量浓度的升高,血浆补体C3和C4含量有升高的趋势。结果表明,泼洒复方中草药制剂在2~16 mg/L范围内,在一定程度上能提高锦鲤抗水霉菌感染的免疫能力。

In order to investigate the compound Chinese herbal preparation on koi (Cryprinus carpiod) wa-ter-resistant fungi (Saprolegnia) infections immune function, the design of the control group, infect group and four concentrations are: 2,4,16 and 96 mg/L an experimental group of spill. 30 d, the measur plasma and ery-throcyte immune adhesion complement C3 and C4 levels. The results show that, koi water mold infection, its erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate is significantly lower than the control group, while circulating immune complex rosette rate is higher; Compound Chinese herbal medicine after the spill, erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate in all experimental group and the infection is not significantly different between the groups; but in 2 and 96 mg/L concentration, its circulating immune complex rosette rate is significantly lower than the infect-ed group. Water fungal infection on koi plasma complement C3 and C4 levels had no significant effect; com-pound Chinese herbal medicine after the spill, among groups of C3 and C4 levels are not significantly affected, but the spill mass concentration 2-16 mg/L range inside, with quality prescription spilled concentration, plas-ma levels of C3 and C4 tendency to increase, while the concentration of the spill 96 mg/L, its complement C3 and C4 levels and spill 16 mg/L compared to 1 mass concentration but there is a decreasing trend. The results show that spill compound Chinese herbal preparation in the 2-16 mg/L range, to a certain extent, can improve the koi water-resistant fungal infection immunity.
