采用封端法,以聚醚二元醇(F6)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI )等为主要原料,以亚硫酸氢钠为封闭剂制备封端型水性聚氨酯(WPU ).通过探讨异氰酸酯指数(R值)、预聚温度、预聚时间、封端剂、封端温度和封端时间等多种因素对封端型水性聚氨酯的影响,得到了合成封端型水性聚氨酯的最佳工艺:抽真空脱水温度130°左右,2h ;预聚反应65°,3h ;R值2.0;封端温度0~5℃;封端系数2.0;封端时间3min .
採用封耑法,以聚醚二元醇(F6)、異彿爾酮二異氰痠酯(IPDI )等為主要原料,以亞硫痠氫鈉為封閉劑製備封耑型水性聚氨酯(WPU ).通過探討異氰痠酯指數(R值)、預聚溫度、預聚時間、封耑劑、封耑溫度和封耑時間等多種因素對封耑型水性聚氨酯的影響,得到瞭閤成封耑型水性聚氨酯的最佳工藝:抽真空脫水溫度130°左右,2h ;預聚反應65°,3h ;R值2.0;封耑溫度0~5℃;封耑繫數2.0;封耑時間3min .

The terminated WPU was prepared by the reaction between the main materials IPDI and F 6 and terminated with NaHSO3 used as terminating agent .The optimized process was figured out by in-vestigating influence of several factors on terminated WPU ,including R value ,pre-polymerization tem-perature and time ,terminating agent ,terminating temperature and time .Vacuum dehydration tempera-ture is about 130℃ for 2 hours ;pre-polymerization process is conducted under 65℃ for 3 hours;R value is 2.0 ;terminating temperature is 0~5℃ ;the terminating coefficient is 2.0 ;terminating time is 3 mins .
