基于MMIC技术,采用自主GaAs芯片,运用多芯片集成技术手段,设计并制作了FM-CW体制、工作频率35 GHz的微波雷达。该微波雷达采用层状结构设计,天线层、射频层和中频信号处理层采用垂直通孔互连,在工艺、性能和成本上比传统微波雷达更具优势。

With the use of independent GaAs chip and multi-chip integration techniques,we designed and produced FMCW microwave radar operated on 35 GHz frequency based on MMIC technology.Adopted a layered structure,the antenna layer,RF layer and the IF signal processing layer of the microwave radar are interconnected using a vertical through-hole technology.In terms of process, performance and cost, it has more advantages than conventional microwave radar.
