In this paper,using literature,experiment,questionnaire survey,mathematical sta-tistics and other methods on the physical education fitness running teaching orienteering teaching,to the enthusiasm and initiative of students'participation in fitness running teaching and exercise were compared.In order to provide the reference basis for improving teaching effect of fitness running.
