通过评价车间常用8种手部消毒剂的杀菌效果，为洁净车间员工手部消毒剂的选择提供依据。通过抑菌试验、悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒效果评估，比较了8种含有不同杀菌成分的手部消毒剂的杀菌效果。结果表明， A、C、D、E四种消毒剂对微生物的杀灭能力较强，对6株试验菌株的平均抑菌圈直径显著大于B、F、G、H。其中消毒剂A综合杀菌能力最强，与6株试验菌株菌液接触1min后平均杀菌率达99.7%，E消毒剂对白色念珠菌杀灭能力最强，与白色念珠菌菌液接触1min后杀菌率达100%。消毒剂A、消毒剂C、消毒剂D、消毒剂E四种消毒剂对皮肤表面自然菌的平均杀灭率均达到100%，达到了消毒技术规范的标准，消毒效果可靠。

Evaluation of the sterilizing effect of eight different commercial hand disinfectants for providing basis for the selection of the qualified hand disinfectants in clean workshops. The sterilizing effect of eight kinds of hand disinfectants were compared by oxford cup disc-agar diffusion method,suspension quantitative germicidal test and on-the-spot trial.The results indicated that the inhibition zone diameters of A disinfection, C disinfection, D disinfection, E disinfection on 6 tester strain were significantly greater than those of B disinfection, F disinfection, G disinfection and H disinfection.The comprehensive sterilizing effect of A disinfection was the strongest and the average sterilizing rate up to 99.7% when the 6 test strains suspension exposed to A disinfection for 1min. The sterilizing effects on Candida albicans of E disinfection was the strongest and the average sterilizing rate up to 100% when the C. albicans suspension exposed to E disinfection for 1min.The average sterilizing rates of A disinfection, C disinfection, D disinfection, E disinfection on natural bacteria on the skin surface up to 100%. The disinfections effect of A disinfection, C disinfection, D disinfection, E disinfection were reliable and up to the standard of technical standard for disinfection.
