以并联水泵供水的循环冷却水系统为节电对象,分步实施了水泵叶轮切削,单台水泵变频调速的组合控制方案,优化了水泵的工作点,实现了自动调节的恒压供水,完全消除了泵后闸阀的节流损失,总体节电率达46.8%。

This paper studied the circulating cooling water system with pumps in parallel for saving e-lectricity,and introduced implementation of combination plan of pump impeller trimming plus a single pump′s VFD.The system has achieved optimization with pump working point and automatic constant control with water supply pressure,completely eliminating pump valve throttling losses and realizing a remarkable power saving as high as 46.8%.
