随着我国社会条件的快速发展和部队战训形势的不断变化，公安现役部队既面临着复杂的外部环境，也担负着艰巨和繁重的内在任务。本文从干部生成体系建设视角出发，从建设目标、培养渠道、方式方法以及激励机制分析了增强公安现役部队干部能力的具体措施。这对于有效应对新环境的考验，全面提升干部内在素质和履职能力，既具有重要的理论意义，也具有一定的实践价值。

With the continuous change of the war training situation of forces and the rapid development of China's social conditions, the public security forces is not only facing the complex external environment, but shouldering arduous and onerous internal task. This paper is at the perspective of cadres generation system construction, analyzed the specific measures to strengthen public security army cadre ability, from the construction target, training channels, methods and incentive mechanism. It is of significant theoretical meanings for effectively deal with the new environment and overall improving cadres' internal quality and ability. On the other hand, it is of certain practical value.
