This paper, through analyzing the training mode of a particular level of school personnel, studies the training mechanism of cultivating part-time teachers in enterprises, to find the sharing mechanism among school, enterprise and part-time teachers construction in order to promote the construction of teaching staff in senior vocational colleges and improve the teaching quality of senior vocational education, promote the rapid and healthy development.
