构建了一种采用微功率激光源和单目摄像机构成的图像式液位测量系统。以光源反射和光源同步跟踪为基本原理,利用三角测量法和光电成像技术,实现液位与光成像的对应关系。通过最小二乘法标定液位测量装置参数并建立激光源在液面上的入射光斑与液面高度之间的函数关系,结合准确的图像处理算法来获得液位。

A non-contact image level measurement system was developed, which employs monocular digital camera and low-power laser.Based on laser reflection and source synchronous tracking, it adopts both triangu-lation method and optoelectronic matrix imaging technology to realize corresponding relationship between level displacement and light imaging, and to calibrate the level measuring system’ s parameters through least square method as well as to establish a function relation between the laser light source ’ s incident light spot and the liquid level on the liquid surface so that a real liquid level can be reached through combining with image-pro-cessing algorithms.
