在分析电潜柱塞泵工作原理的基础上,结合柱塞式抽油泵的结构,建立了机组运行的理论示功图,对其进行了深入分析。以功率信号作为故障信息,提出一种基于间接示功图测量的电潜柱塞泵故障诊断方法,并描述了小波去噪方法绘制实测示功图的主要过程。针对机组典型故障,在室内模拟平台和现场油井上对该方法的准确性进行了验证实验与分析。测试结果表明:故障诊断效果较好。
在分析電潛柱塞泵工作原理的基礎上,結閤柱塞式抽油泵的結構,建立瞭機組運行的理論示功圖,對其進行瞭深入分析。以功率信號作為故障信息,提齣一種基于間接示功圖測量的電潛柱塞泵故障診斷方法,併描述瞭小波去譟方法繪製實測示功圖的主要過程。針對機組典型故障,在室內模擬平檯和現場油井上對該方法的準確性進行瞭驗證實驗與分析。測試結果錶明:故障診斷效果較好。

Basing on analyzing the working principle of electric submersible plunger pump and having the plunger pump structure considered, the theoretical indicator diagram for the unit operation was established and its further analysis was implemented.Taking power signal as the fault information and based on indirect indica-tor diagram measurement, a fault diagnosis method for the electric submersible plunger pump was proposed and the process of drawing actually-measured indicator diagram with wavelet de-noising method was described.In view of the typical failure of the unit, having fault diagnosis method’ s accuracy validated and analyzed on the indoor simulation platform proves the fault diagnosis’ s ideal effect.
