目的：评估集束化血液净化治疗对重度苯二氮卓类药物中毒的效果。方法：对68例重度苯二氮卓类药物中毒患者进行回顾性分析，根据是否进行血液净化治疗分成2组：常规治疗组(对照组)32例和集束化治疗组(实验组)36例。结果：实验组患者昏迷后清醒时间、机械通气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)，血管活性药物用量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：对重度苯二氮卓类药物中毒患者进行集束化血液净化治疗可促进患者苏醒，并明显缩短患者使用呼吸机时间和住院时间，临床疗效显著。
목적：평고집속화혈액정화치료대중도분이담탁류약물중독적효과。방법：대68례중도분이담탁류약물중독환자진행회고성분석，근거시부진행혈액정화치료분성2조：상규치료조(대조조)32례화집속화치료조(실험조)36례。결과：실험조환자혼미후청성시간、궤계통기시간、주원시간균단우대조조(P<0.05)，혈관활성약물용량차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론：대중도분이담탁류약물중독환자진행집속화혈액정화치료가촉진환자소성，병명현축단환자사용호흡궤시간화주원시간，림상료효현저。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of cluster blood purification treatment for severe benzodiazepines drugs poisoning. Methods: Retrospective analysis was made to 68 cases of severe benzodiazepines drugs poisoning. According to therapy program, patients were divided into 2 groups: conventional treatment group of 32 cases ( control group ) , cluster treatment group of 36 cases ( experimental group treated with blood purification ) . There was no statistical difference between the 2 groups in age and gender(P>0.05). Results: Compared with the control group, the time of waking hours after coma and of using breathing machine , and length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in vascular active drug dosage between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The cluster blood purification treatment for severe benzodiazepines drugs poisoning can promote patients to awake , and obviously shorten the time of using breathing machine and the length of stay, so its clinical curative effect is remarkable.
