通过对工业项目中地脚螺栓传统预埋方法的调查研究,分析出传统预埋方法不仅施工速度慢,而且预埋精度差、劳动力强度高;为了解决该问题,结合现场施工情况,研制出了组装型螺栓组模具,具体包括螺栓组模具方案的提出、优化、确定,螺栓组的焊接方法、预埋方法,质量、安全要求以及实施效果。工程实践证明,采用组装型螺栓组模具焊接螺栓组模具整体一次性安装施工技术缩短人工30%以上,节约时间50%,确保施工质量和安全,大大的降低了劳动力强度。

Investigation shows that the traditional embedding method of foundation bolt in industrial projects has low construction speed, poor precision and high labor intensity. In order to solve this problem, combined with the construction condition, the assembly type bolt group is developed, including the proposal, optimization, and determination of bolt group mould scheme, welding method, embedding method of the bolt group, quality, safety requirements and implementation effect. The engineering practice proved that, using the assembly type bolt group mold welding bolt group overall mold one-time installation technology can reduce over 30% labor, 50% time, and can ensure the construction quality and safety, greatly reducing the labor intensity.
