以4个茄子品种的下胚轴和子叶为外植体,通过不同外源激素种类和浓度组合筛选,对茄子遗传转化过程中外植体脱分化诱导、植株再生及生根培养基进行优化,探索建立较为通用完善的茄子遗传转化植株再生体系。结果表明,茄子下胚轴的再生能力要显著高于子叶,不同茄子品种间的分化能力差异明显;最佳愈伤诱导培养基为 MS+ZT 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,最佳植株再生分化培养基为 MS+ZT 0.5 mg/L,最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L。

Taking the hypocotyls and cotyledons of four eggplant cultivars as explants, we optimized the differential medium, regeneration medium and rooting medium by screening suitable kinds and concentrations of different exogenous hormones, in order to establish more efficient regeneration systems for eggplant genetic transformation. The results showed that, the regeneration capacity of hypocotyls was significantly higher than that of cotyledons, and the regeneration capacity of different eggplant genotypes varied obviously in the eggplant regeneration system. The best callus induction medium was MS+2.0 mg/L ZT+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IAA, and the best adventitious bud growth medium was MS+0.5 mg/L ZT, while the best rooting medium was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L.
