马铃薯试管薯具有种性好、繁殖速度快、休眠期长、体积小、质量轻、利于保存和种薯交流的特点,是促进马铃薯脱毒种薯繁殖的有效措施。对马铃薯试管苗诱导试管薯的基因型、培养基类型、培养条件、营养成分等影响因素进行了综述,为马铃薯育种工作者对试管薯的诱导提供理论参考。

The microtuber in vitro was beneficial to seed potato preservation and communication, and the potato microtubers possessed the advantages of good quality, fast reproduction speed, long resting stage, small volume, light weight, so it was an effective measure to promote the reproduction of virus-free seed potatoes. This paper summarized the favorable factors of potato plantlets inducing microtuber in vitro, including genotype, medium type, culture conditions and nutrition constituent, to provide theoretical references to potato microtuber induction in vitro for potato breeding workers.
