文章从复合材料铺层设计对复合材料螺旋桨性能和变形的影响、复合材料螺旋桨几何设计和船机桨匹配三个方面展开,采用流固耦合方法对复合材料螺旋桨性能进行预报,研究了不同铺层的复合材料桨的变形和水动力性能的变化,并通过预变形方式设计桨叶型值,实现了复合材料螺旋桨在设计工况和非设计工况下的船机桨匹配。研究结果表明:文中设计的复合材料螺旋桨可使船舶在多工况下的推进性能获得提升。

This paper presents the effect of stacking sequence on deformation and hydrodynamic perfor-mance, shape re-design and hull-engine-propeller match for a composite marine propeller. A method of fluid and structure interaction (FSI) is utilized to estimate the hydrodynamic performance of the composite propeller,and its shape is then re-designed via pre-deformation approach. In this way, the matching of hull-engine-propeller is investigated under both design condition and off-design conditions. A conclusion is finally drawn that the propulsion performance of ship can be improved by using composite propeller.
