目的：检测胃癌组织、相应癌旁组织及正常胃组织中ERCC1基因甲基化状态。方法采用甲基化特异性PCR（MSP）技术检测ERCC1基因甲基化。结果胃癌组织中ERCC1基因完全甲基化率为46．7％（14/30），部分甲基化率为30．0％（9/30），总甲基化率为76．7％（23/30），显著高于相应的癌旁组织中该基因的甲基化率13．3％（4/30）。10例正常胃组织中该基因未发生甲基化。结论胃癌组织中存在高比例的ERCC1基因甲基化。

목적：검측위암조직、상응암방조직급정상위조직중ERCC1기인갑기화상태。방법채용갑기화특이성PCR（MSP）기술검측ERCC1기인갑기화。결과위암조직중ERCC1기인완전갑기화솔위46．7％（14/30），부분갑기화솔위30．0％（9/30），총갑기화솔위76．7％（23/30），현저고우상응적암방조직중해기인적갑기화솔13．3％（4/30）。10례정상위조직중해기인미발생갑기화。결론위암조직중존재고비례적ERCC1기인갑기화。
Objective To detect the methylation status of ERCC 1 gene in gastric cancer tissues ,paired adjacent cancer-ous tissues and normal gastric tissues .Methods Methylation-specific PCR ( MSP) was used to detect the methylation of ERCC 1 gene.Results The complete methylation rate of ERCC1 gene in gastric cancer tissues was 46.7%(14/30),the partial methyla-tion rate was 30.0%(9/30),and the total methylation rate was 76.7%(23/30),which was significantly higher than the methy-lation rate in adjacent cancerous tissues (13.3%,4/30).There was no methylation in 10 cases of normal gastric tissues .Conclu-sion There is a high percentage of ERCC 1 gene methylation in gastric cancer tissues .
