目的:探讨重组人血管内皮抑素( Endostar )和长春瑞滨( Vinorelbine )单独或联合应用对人肺腺癌裸鼠移植瘤的放射增敏作用。方法建立人肺腺癌裸鼠转移瘤模型。荷瘤裸鼠随机分为6组:对照组、单照组、重组人血管内皮抑素组、长春瑞滨组、重组人血管内皮抑素和长春瑞滨联合照射组、重组人血管内皮抑素联合照射组。采用6MV-X线进行照射。照射剂量为10 Gy。隔日测量移植瘤的最大径及垂直径。计算肿瘤体积及延缓天数等。获得增敏系数( EF)。利用增敏系数评价重组人血管内皮抑素和长春瑞滨的放射增敏作用。结果重组人血管内皮抑素给药第1天照射。重组人血管内皮抑素EF值为1.1。重组人血管内皮抑素和长春瑞滨联合治疗的增敏系数为0.1;第7天照射。重组人血管内皮抑素的EF值为2。重组人血管内皮抑素和长春瑞滨联合治疗的增敏系数为1。结论重组人血管内皮抑素联合长春瑞滨均不具有放射增敏作用。机制有待进一步研究。

Objective To evaluate the radiosensitizing effect of Endostar ,Vinorelbine or Vinorelbine combined with En-dostar on human lung adenocarcinoma xenograft in nude mice .Methods Nude mice xenograft model of human lung adenocarci-noma were established .Tumor-bearing nude mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:control group , radiation group , Endostar group,Vinorelbine group ,Vinorelbine +Endostar +radiation group ,Endostar+radiation group .The radiation group received 10 Gy of 6MV X-ray.The maximum diameter and vertical diameter of tumors were measured every other day .The tumor volume and growth delay were calculated .The enhancement factor ( EF ) was used to evaluate the radiosensitizing effect of Endostar and Vi-norelbine.Results On the 1st day of irradiation,EF of Endostar was 1.1,EF of Vinorelbine +Endostar +radiation group was 0.1;On the 7th day of irradiation,EF of Endostar was 2,EF of Vinorelbine +Endostar +radiation group was 1.Conclusion Endostar has more obvious radiosensitizing effect on the 7th day than that of the 1st day.Endostar combined with Vinorelbine hasno radiosensitizing effect,and the mechanism needs further investigation .
