大港油田新港1井是1口五开三段制定向井,完钻井深6716 m,三开311.1 mm 的定向、稳斜井段长达2470 m。由于该井段的岩石可钻性差,钻井施工时间长,钻杆对上层技术套管的磨损相对较为严重,甚至可能磨漏套管。应用兰德公司的减阻防磨套能有效减少钻井过程中技术套管内的钻杆与套管内壁接触磨损的几率。现场应用表明:减阻防磨套可以有效地保护套管和钻杆,为下一步作业和后续工作提供安全保障。新港1井套管防磨技术的成功应用为深井钻井安全施工提供了有益的参考。

Xingang 1 well in Dagang Oilfield is a five-open-three-directional well,the drilling depth is 6,716 m,three-open 311.1 mm and directional and stable slope is 2,470 m long.Due to the poor section of rock drillability,drilling time is long,the wear of drill pipe to upper casing are rel-atively serious,which may even wear the casing to leak.By using drag reduction and anti-wear sleeve by Rand corporation,the probability of contact and wear can be effectively reduced between pipe and the inner wall of the casing.The field application in Xingang 1 well shows that drag re-duction and anti-wear sleeve can effectively protect casing and drill pipe,to provide security for the next step operation and follow-up work.The successful application in Xingang 1 well casing provides the beneficial reference for deep well drilling safety.
