目的探讨急性重症高脂血症性胰腺炎的相关临床特点。方法以2013年1月~12月崇州市人民医院和重庆医科大学附属第一医院肝胆外科在院的急性重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据患者的临床资料,分为高脂血症(HLAP)组和胆源性(ABP)组,比较两组患者在年龄、性别、住院天数、血脂水平变化的差异。结果两组患者比较,年龄、性别、住院天数比较均有统计学差异。 HLAP组TG水平明显高于ABP组,差异有显著统计学意义,而TC、HDL、LDL水平在两组之间均无统计学意义。结论急性重症高脂血症性胰腺炎患者的年龄偏小,男性居多,住院时间较长,且血清TG水平升高是区别HLAP与ABP的最大血脂特征。

목적탐토급성중증고지혈증성이선염적상관림상특점。방법이2013년1월~12월숭주시인민의원화중경의과대학부속제일의원간담외과재원적급성중증이선염환자작위연구대상,근거환자적림상자료,분위고지혈증(HLAP)조화담원성(ABP)조,비교량조환자재년령、성별、주원천수、혈지수평변화적차이。결과량조환자비교,년령、성별、주원천수비교균유통계학차이。 HLAP조TG수평명현고우ABP조,차이유현저통계학의의,이TC、HDL、LDL수평재량조지간균무통계학의의。결론급성중증고지혈증성이선염환자적년령편소,남성거다,주원시간교장,차혈청TG수평승고시구별HLAP여ABP적최대혈지특정。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of severe acute pancreatitis associated with hyperlipidemia . Methods Analysis was conducted on patients, who were hospitalized in People's Hospital of Chongzhou and the First Af iliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between January 2013 and December 2013, the patients were divided into hyperlipidemia (HLAP) group and biliary (ABP) group based on the clinical data, the dif erence in the two groups were compared for age, sex, hospitalization, changes in lipid levels. Results Comparison of the two groups, there was significant dif erence on age, sex and days of hospitalization. The TG levels were significantly higher in HLAP group ( =14.40, <0.0001), and TC, HDL, LDL levels were not statistical y significant between the two groups. Conclusion Severe acute pancreatitis in patients with hyperlipidemia were main occurred on younger males ,had longer hospital stay , and the maximum dif erence features between HLAP and ABP were the elevated levels of serum TG .
