海口经济学院图书馆帮扶海口桂林洋开发区建设“职工书屋”，在文献组织加工过程中，根据全省公共图书馆区域联盟建设的统一规划、技术要求、数据标准等进行摸索，解决技术上难题，初步尝试出实现联机编目、联机检索与通借通还的有效方法，为区域图书馆联盟的最终实现总结探索了一些经验。

The Library of Haikou College of Economics has helped the Guilinyang Development Zone of Haikou in setting up their “Employees’ Library”. In the light of the unified planning, technical requirements, data criteria, etc. set out by the provincial government for establishing the regional public library alliance, the Library of HCE has tried and made efforts, in the process of completing the document organization, to solve the technical problems and find out the effective measures to implement online cataloging, online retrieval and coordinated borrowing and returning, so as to have explored and summed up some experience for the final establishing regional library alliance.
