模数转换器(ADC )是连接模拟电路与数字电路的纽带,其动态有效位直接影响导航接收机的性能。目前常用的 ADC动态有效位测量方法基于单频信号,其测量准确性依赖于信号源的载噪比,对于处理扩频信号的导航接收机来说,其测量结果并不一定能真实反映接收机的实际情况。本文基于导航接收机解扩端载噪比,提出了一种可以直接测量导航接收机ADC动态有效位的方法,并通过实验对测量结果进行了验证。

ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) is the ties connected to the analog circuits and digital circuits ,its dynamic Effective Numbers of Bits (ENOB) affect the navigation re-ceiver performance directly .Currently the most common method for ADC dynamic ENOB measurement is based on single-frequency signal ,the measurement accuracy depends on the carrier to noise ratio (CNR) of the signal source ,the navigation receiver processing spread spectrum signal ,the measurement results do not reflect the actual receiver situation .Based on the CNR of the navigation receiver despreading side ,a method is proposed to measure the ADC dynamic (ENOB) of the navigation receiver ,and the measurement results were verified through experiments .
