以硝酸和H2O2对延期药中铅化合物和氧化铜完成溶解,通过硫脲释放,采用硝酸铅滴定法测定延期药中的氧化铜。加入30 mL HNO3溶液(1+8)和15 mL六次甲基四胺控制样品溶液为pH 5~6。结果表明,方法的回收率为98.8%~99.9%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.12%~0.2%(n=6)。该方法准确可靠,可用于延期药中氧化铜分析。

Copper oxide and lead compounds in delay powder were dissolved by nitric acid and H2O2,and released by thiourea,then copper oxide was determined with lead nitrate titration method. Sample solution was controlled as pH 5-6 by adding 30 mL HNO3 solution (1+8) and 15 mL hexamethylenetetramine. The results showed that the recoveries were 98.8%-99.9%,and the relative standard deviations of determination results were 0.12%-0.2%(n=6). The method is accurate,reliable,and suitable to determine copper oxide in delay powder.
