现代运动训练的最终目标是提高运动员的专项成绩,在比赛中获胜。对大学生男女各30人,在跳深练习方面,进行为期六周的跳栏练习实验研究,分析提高专项力量对运动成绩起重要作用,认为跳深练习作为典型的超等长练习,是运动员力量训练的重要方法之一,跳深练习的高度是影响冲击负荷的直接因素,跳深练习高度的掌握决定着肌肉弹性能的利用率和下肢爆发力的发挥以及专项成绩的提高。指出选择跳深练习适宜的高度是训练取得良好效果的重要保障,旨在找出适宜的跳深高度。

The ultimate goal of modern sports training is to improve the special achievement of athletes and to win the game .Six-week experimental research was conducted on the 30 male and female college students in the depth jumping exercise .The important role played by improving specific strength in athletic performance was analyzed .As a typical extra-length training ,depth jumping exercise is one of the important methods of the strength training of athletes and its height is the direct factor influencing the impact load .The jump height information determines the use of muscle elastic properties ,the rate of lower limb power play and the improvement of specific performance .Choosing the appropriate height of the depth jumping exercise is an impor-tant guarantee of training to achieve good results .
