目的：研究有限内固定结合外固定支架对高能量 Pilon骨折患者的疗效。方法将高能量 Plion骨折患者纳入研究，根据治疗方法不同分为接受延期有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗的观察组和接受急诊切开复位内固定治疗的对照组，比较两组患者的关节功能、术后恢复情况。结果观察组患者的术后软组织肿胀消退时间、影像学完全愈合时间、完全负重下地时间均短于对照组，Baird踝关节评分均高于对照组。结论有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗有助于改善关节功能、促进骨折愈合，是治疗高能量 Pilon骨折的理想方法。

목적：연구유한내고정결합외고정지가대고능량 Pilon골절환자적료효。방법장고능량 Plion골절환자납입연구，근거치료방법불동분위접수연기유한내고정결합외고정지가치료적관찰조화접수급진절개복위내고정치료적대조조，비교량조환자적관절공능、술후회복정황。결과관찰조환자적술후연조직종창소퇴시간、영상학완전유합시간、완전부중하지시간균단우대조조，Baird과관절평분균고우대조조。결론유한내고정결합외고정지가치료유조우개선관절공능、촉진골절유합，시치료고능량 Pilon골절적이상방법。
Objective To study the ef ect of delayed limited internal fixation combined with external fixation in treating high energy Pilon fracture. Methods High energy Pilon fracture patients were enrol ed and divided into observation group given delayed limited internal fixation combined with external fixation, control group given emergency open reduction and internal fixation. Then fracture healing and joint function were compared. Results Postoperative soft tissue swel ing time, imaging complete healing time, ful weight bearing time of observation group patients were shorter than control group, Baird ankle joint score were higher than control group. Conclusion Delayed limited internal fixation combined with external fixation contributes to improve joint function and promote the healing of fracture;it's an ideal method in treating high energy Pilon fracture.
