目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融切除扁桃体及腺样体在治疗小儿鼾症中的临床疗效。方法将54例小儿鼾症患者随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组用低温等离子射频消融刀同时切除扁桃体及腺样体,对照组用电凝刀切除扁桃体的同时用动力切割系统切除腺样体。结果两组患儿均在全麻下行扁桃体及腺样体摘除术,实验组较对照组手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后疼痛轻。术后三月复查两组患儿临床症状均完全缓解。结论低温等离子射频消融是治疗小儿鼾症的有效方法,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后疼痛轻等优点,值得临床推广。

목적:탐토저온등리자사빈소융절제편도체급선양체재치료소인한증중적림상료효。방법장54례소인한증환자수궤분위실험조여대조조,실험조용저온등리자사빈소융도동시절제편도체급선양체,대조조용전응도절제편도체적동시용동력절할계통절제선양체。결과량조환인균재전마하행편도체급선양체적제술,실험조교대조조수술시간단,술중출혈량소,술후동통경。술후삼월복사량조환인림상증상균완전완해。결론저온등리자사빈소융시치료소인한증적유효방법,구유수술시간단、술중출혈소、술후동통경등우점,치득림상추엄。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy using low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of children with sleep apnea. Methods Fifty-four patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, and plasma radio-frequency ablation were used for those patients from the treatment group to remove tonsils and adenoidectomy, while in the control group tonsils were removed by electric coagulation and adenoidectomies were conducted by dynamic cutting system. Results Two groups of children were all cutting tonsil and adenoidectomy under general anesthesia, the treatment group had shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding and less postoperative pain when compared to the control group. The clinical symptoms of two groups were completely remission in review after three months. Conclusion Plasma radio-frequency ablation is an effective method and can be widely used in treating children’s sleep apnea, which having the advantages of shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding and less postoperative pain.
