目的：探讨鼻内镜下离子刀切除鼻前庭囊肿的治疗方法及疗效。方法在鼻窦内窥镜系统30°镜指引下在鼻腔内行一约0.8cm大小竖型切口，将鼻前庭囊肿顶壁切开，通过美国杰西低温等离子射频消融刀头EIC5872，在直视下沿鼻前庭囊肿的内、外、前、后、顶、底六壁周围逐步消融囊壁，术后明胶海绵两片术腔填塞。结果18例均获治愈．无并发症．随访半年以上．均未见囊肿复发和并发症。结论鼻内镜下离子刀切除鼻前庭囊肿具有较好的临床治疗效果，且有手术精确、手术时间短、手术损伤小、术后恢复快、病人痛苦轻、并发症少等优点，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the treatment and curative effect of nasal vestibular cyst excision by nasal endoscope plasma cutter. Methods Endoscope system in the sinuses of 30° mirror under the guidance of experts in the nasal cavity of a size of about 0.8cm vertical incision, the nasal vestibular cyst wall incision, through the United States of America Jesse low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation knife head EIC5872, along the nasal vestibular cyst, under direct vision, the medial, lateral, front, back, top and bottom six walls around gradually ablation of cystic wall, postoperative Gelatin sponge block two ipsilateral nasal packing. Results: Eighteen cases were all cured without complications. During the follow-up duration(﹥=6 months), we found no recurrence or complication. Conclusion Using endoscopic ion knife to resect nasal vestibular cyst has the advantages of better clinical therapeutic effect, accurate operation, short operation time, less injury, fast postoperative recovery, less pain, and fewer complications, and is worthy to be promoted.
