With the progress of the times and the development of society,the living standard of the people was highly promoted,the pace of life is obviously faster.At the same time,many problems appeared in the livelihood,life and vita of young people.This issue is that we can not ignore ,and it is just we need to face and solve.This paper tries to establish a solid foundation of researching of life education with the help of the Confucian philosophy of life,Taoist philosophy of life,Dan life philosophy and so many research findings.In addition,it can reveal the unique charm belonging to the philosophy of life.
