简要分析合成氨冷冻系统在夏季生产时,一方面由于合成循环水温度居高不下,使出水冷器的合成气温度偏高,需要氨冷凝器提供更多的冷量;另一方面,从冷冻系统进入合成氨冷凝器的液氨受大气温度的影响,温度上升,使单位液氨提供冷量减少。两方面原因导致合成氨系统所需冷量增加,需加大冰机负荷,造成冰机耗电量上升。并介绍为解决这一问题,在冰机出口进液氨槽前增加一台换热器进一步冷却降低液氨温度,提高单位液氨的供冷量,从而降低冰机耗电量的技改措施。

The paper briefly analyzes synthesis ammonia refrigeration system in summer producing. On the one hand, because of high temperature of synthesis circulating water,the temperature of water condenser outlet synthesis gas is high which need more cooling energy of ammonia condenser;on the other hand,liquid ammonia from refrigeration system to ammonia condenser is influenced by atmospheric temperature,the temperature rises which causes providing less cooling energy of unit liquid ammonia. Both causes result in ammonia condenser need more cooling energy,increases load of refrigerating machine which causes power consumption of refrigerating machine. It also introduces countermeasure to the problems,adding to a heat exchanger between refrigerating machine and liquid ammonia groove in order to reduce temperature of liquid ammonia,increase cooling energy of unit liquid ammonia,in the end achieves reducing power consumption of refrigerating machine.
