急诊医学由于其涵盖疾病种类的不确定性给临床实习带来了较大困难，急诊医学的临床特点需要培养特定的急诊临床思维；除急诊医学外，各临床专科也会碰到自身专业的急诊问题。如何让医学实习生建立起科学的急诊思维是临床教学的重要内容。以症状鉴别诊断为切入点，重视生命体征检查，结合必要的辅助检查，可有效减少急诊医学实习过程中的漏诊、误诊，从而树立良好的急诊临床思维。

Medical interns’practice in emergency department is more difficult than in any other bran-ches due to its covering disease kinds of uncertainty .Emergency medicine clinical features need to de-velop specific emergency clinical thinking .In addition ,any other clinical departments can also encoun-ter their own emergency problems .Utilize differential diagnosis of symptoms as the breakthrough point ,pay attention to vital signs checked ,combined with the necessary examination ,which can ef-fectively reduce the emergency medicine clerkship missed diagnosis ,misdiagnosis ,and thus set a good emergency clinical thinking .
