In order to meet the requirements of the International Maritime Organization about the electro -technical officer po-sition, improve the ship electronic and electrical talents training quality of the colleges , the electro-technical officer's examination subjects were decomposed into different courses .By in-depth analysis the characteristics of ship electronic and electrical profes -sional courses , the professional basic courses and specialized courses were set .According to the curriculum modules , the profes-sional system of the electronic and electrical curriculum was set up .
