The method combined theory and practical application was adopted for the research of teaching model .After com-prehensive study on teaching characteristics of fluid mechanics and the relationship between network technology , information man-agement and undergraduate teaching , the online teaching model of ship fluid mechanics based on the fluid network environment was studied .The teaching design theory system for ship fluid mechanics teaching under network environment was researched and the corresponding network teaching system was developed .
