针对成人教育发展的需要，从确定教学设计的思路和目标出发，在改革教学内容和课程体系、教学方法和手段、病理学教材、教学组织形式、课程考核方式以及规范教学管理等方面对成人教育病理学教学进行教学设计，并探讨了实施策略和体会。

According to the needs of adult education development ,pathology teaching for adult educa-tion is designed from determining the ideas and objective ,including reforming teaching contents and curriculum ,teaching methods and means ,pathology textbooks ,teaching organization ,course assess-ment methods ,and standardizing teaching management .Implementation strategies and our personal experience are also introduced in this paper .
