The feature of human resource management of domestic shipbuilding enterprises under the new situation was ana -lyzed from the aspect of employment feature and labor market .In light of the industry specific , the current situation of labor dis-pute in shipbuilding enterprises was discussed .Base on the practical experience and data of typical domestic shipbuilding enter-prises, several treatment measures for human resource management under the new situation were proposed .
